Yemens Oil Production Up 11% In2000
Yemens crude production in 2000averaged 436,000 b/d rising from around 431,000 b/d in the first quarter ofthe year to 456,000 b/d in the fourth quarter (MEES, 27 November 2000) an 11% increase over the previous year, according to a report by 'Adil Khurshid,Director-General of the Yemen Oil and Gas Corporation (YOGC).
