Ashgabat Talks On Disputed Offshore Fields End Without Success
Two days of talks in the Turkmen capital, Ashgabat, between foreign ministry officials from Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan on disputed offshore oilfields in the Caspian Sea ended on 3 May without agreement and with Turkmenistan threatening to take the dispute to international arbitration.
