PIRINC Paper Supports Bush On Kyoto
The New York-based Petroleum Industry Research Foundation Inc (PIRINC) has published a study which supports US President George W Bushs decision to abandon the Kyoto Protocol and suggests that efforts to reduce carbon dioxide emissions should emphasize the development and testing of "low-cost first steps that can set the stage for more dramatic progress later."
