AFESD Lends Egypt $308Mn For Infrastructure Developments
The Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD) has signed three loan agreements with Egypt amounting to $308mn to fund infrastructural developments in the country. A $170mn loan will go towards the financing of a combined cycle 750mw power plant at Benha, a $703mn project that will aim to meet increased power demand from industry, tourism and agriculture....
