Blockage Closes Shu'ayba Refinery Again
Kuwaits 200,000 b/d Shu'ayba refinery, which restarted on 17 June at half capacity after undergoing general repairs (MEES, 25 June), was shut down again on 25 June after a partial blockage in heater lines was discovered. The refinery is expected to be operational once more in early July.
