Eni Sells Italian Downstream Assets To Tamoil
Italys Eni on 27 June announced it would sell downstream assets comprising refining capacity and service stations belonging to its Agip Petroli division to Tamoil, which is owned by Libya. Eni said it was selling 217 service stations, representing 1% of the total Italian retail market, and around 18,500 b/d of refining capacity to Tamoil.
