Moodys Adjusts FSRs Of Some Kuwaiti Banks
US ratings agency Moodys Investors Service announced on 3 July that it had adjusted the financial strength ratings (FSRs) of some Kuwaiti banks to reflect both the expanded FSR scale (from 9 to 13 levels) brought about by the introduction of minus-sign modifiers and the revised FSR definitions. The ratings affected are listed below:
