Fresh Modifications To Draft Hydrocarbons Law
Algeria痴 Ministry of Energy andMines has amended the ground-breaking draft Hydrocarbon Law in a manner whichwill effectively moderate some of the more extreme liberalization measuresoriginally contained in the draft legislation, MEES learns. Theamendments will leave state-owned oil and gas company Sonatrach in a strongerposition as far as concerns its own participation in exploration, developmentand gas marketing....
