BP Egypt BuysOut TotalFinaElf Stake In Nile Delta Offshore
Meanwhile, BP Egypt announced 5 July that it hadagreed to purchase partner TotalFinaElfs 50% interest in the WestMediterranean Deep Water Area Concession for an undisclosed sum. The sharesale, which was signed on 19 June and must be approved by the Ministry ofPetroleum, leaves operator BP with 100% control of the concession.
