Canadas Hurricane Hydrocarbonshas confirmed to MEES that it is moving ahead with plans to build a new176km, 100,000 b/d crude pipeline in Kazakstan connecting its Kumkol,Kyzylkiya, Aryskum and Maybulak oilfields with a new rail-loading terminal atDzhusaly.
