Eni Joins BTC Sponsor Group
Italys Eni announced on 18October that it had acquired a 5% stake in the BP-led Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC)crude pipeline sponsor group.Adetailed engineering study is under way for the proposed 1,780km pipeline,which will carry crude from Baku through Georgia to Turkeys Mediterranean portof Ceyhan.
