Summit Postponed; Ministerial Meeting Venue Changed To Vienna
The OPEC Secretariat announced on 3 January that it had received a proposal from Venezuela to postpone the organizations heads-of-state summit conference from end-March to a date to be announced later. The statement added that the next OPEC ministerial conference would be held in Vienna on 27 March.
