Algeria’s New Prime Minister Appoints Yousfi Foreign Minister And Khelil Energy Minister
Almost nine months after his election victory, Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika on 23 December appointed the 53-year old former Finance Minister Ahmad Benbitour as Prime Minister, who in turn announced on 26 December the formation of a 30-man cabinet.
