Iran Close To Signing Deal For Development Of Darquain Oilfield
A buy-back contract for the $500-600mn development of the Darquain oilfield in Iran is expected to be awarded in February by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), according to industry sources who told MEES that the negotiations over the development of the field are at the most advanced stage among a number of current bids arising from NIOCs major international tender (MEES, 1 March 1999)....
