No Spare Tengiz Crude For Baku-Ceyhan, Says Chevrons Matzke
Kazakstans Tengiz oilfield will not be able to provide the proposed Baku-Ceyhan pipeline with crude oil in the short term, according to Richard Matzke, Vice-Chairman of Chevron.
