Libyan Leader Rejects Year 2000 Budget And Calls For More Investment Spending
In a sudden focus on sound economic management, Libyan leader Mu'ammar Qadhafi has rejected the countrys year 2000 budget describing it as a "great treason," and subsequently dismissing his entire cabinet.
