Stone Bond Calls For Increased OPEC Output To Prevent "Dangerous" Upward Pressure On Prices
The extension of the current OPEC production restraint agreement beyond March 2000 would put dangerous upward pressure on prices throughout the year, and the Organization should accordingly raise output to reduce prices gently, according to Houston-based industry analyst Stone Bond Corporation.
