Iran Sees Hope Only For Darquain Deal By 19 March Deadline
The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) now believes that only one development deal out of about 40 exploration and development projects offered to international oil firms in July 1998 could be signed in time for the deadline set by the government of the end of the Iranian year on 19 March.
