OPECs Anticipated Output Increase Would Not Solve US Gasoline Stocks Problem, Says CGES
OPECs oil ministers appear finally to have accepted the need to raise oil output at their forthcoming meeting in Vienna, says Londons Centre for Global Energy Studies (CGES). Yet in its March Monthly Oil Report the CGES predicts that OPEC will err on the side of caution, boosting output by less than the market needs "in the mistaken belief that more is too much."
