Transneft Says Chechen Bypass Complete
Sergei Grigoryev, the vice-president of Transneft, Russias state-owned pipeline company, announced on 27 March that the Chechen bypass section of the Baku-Novorossysk crude pipeline had been completed and that the pipeline would be filled with crude in mid-April.
