Investcorp Acquires Majority Shareholding In Gerresheimer Glas
Bahrain-based Investcorp announced on 11 April that it had signed an MOU confirming its intention to purchase a 73% shareholding in Gerresheimer Glas AG, a leading international supplier of specialty glass packaging systems. The transaction is to be completed by mid-June and adds to Investcorps portfolio a lead supplier for the pharmaceutical, laboratory and cosmetic industries in Europe....
