Irans Oil Minister Outlines Privatization And Spending Plans At Tehran Conference
In the keynote address to the Fifth International Exhibition of Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries that opened in Tehran on 23 April, Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh announced that Iran plans to privatize major segments of its oil and petrochemical industries as part of a modernization drive.
