Mabro Sees $23.5/B Brent Crude Comfortable Price For Producers And Consumers
The Director of the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies (OIES), Robert Mabro, says he believes a comfortable crude oil price for both producers and consumers alike is $23.50/B Brent.
