Morocco Inaugurates First Wind Power Plant
Morocco in early May inaugurated its first wind power plant in the northern region of Tattoine. The farm of 84 wind-driven generators, the first ever in the Arab world, will have a capacity of 50mw, representing some 2% of Moroccos total power production.
