Egypt Fourth Largest Exporter To Iraq Under UN Oil-For-Food Deal
Egypt exported to Iraq goods worth $392mn over the six-month period ending on 9 June under the UN oil-for-food program, an Egyptian official said on 11 June. According to Reuters, Sulaiman 'Awad 'Awad, assistant to the foreign minister, said that Egypt was the fourth largest exporter to Iraq in the program after France, Russia and China.
