Egypt Plans To Sell 51% Of Cairo Oil And Soap Company, Denies Plans To Privatize NBE
Egypts state-owned Holding Company (HC) for Food Industries plans to sell a 51% stake in Cairo Oil and Soap Company, according to the semi-official daily al-Ahram on 25 June. The HC in cooperation with Banque Misr plans to offer the stake to strategic investors and the employee shareholders association.
