Sonatrach Joins Spanish Regasification Terminal Joint Venture
Sonatrach signed an agreement on 20 July with several Spanish partners to establish Reganosa, a joint venture aimed at building and operating an LNG regasification terminal and gas pipeline network in northwestern Spain. Sonatrach has taken a 15% share in the venture, which also includes Spains Union Fenosa, Endesa, Groupe Tojeiro, Xunta de Galicia, Caixa de Galicia, Caixa Vigo and Banco Pastor.
