Samir Plans $600mn Refinery Expansion and Refurbishment
Moroccos oil refiner Samir last week announced a five-year, $600mn plan to upgrade equipment and increase capacity at its 125,000 b/d Mohammedia refinery. The plan calls for the construction of four new units to treat an additional 50,000 b/d of heavy crudes.
