Operator Of Project Kuwait To Be Chosen From Shortlist Of Eight
Kuwaits Supreme Petroleum Council (SPC) has shortlisted eight international oil companies (IOCs) as potential operators for a consortium to develop the northern oil fields (Project Kuwait). The eight companies are understood to be Chevron, Conoco, ExxonMobil, Texaco, TotalFinaElf, Shell, BP and Eni.
