Fujairah Refinery Resumes Production, Second Unit To Come On Stream In November
After a two-year hiatus, the Fujairah Refining Company (FRC) last month started up its 53,000 b/d crude unit and now plans to start up its second splitter, with a capacity of 38,000 b/d, in mid-November.
