ABC Announces $150Mn Loan To Egypts CIB, $80Mn To Bahrains BIB
Manama-based Arab Banking Corporation (ABC) announced on 2 October that it is arranging a $150mn facility for Commercial International Bank (CIB) of Egypt for general purposes. The two-tranche CIB facility carries a tenor of three years and an annual margin of 57.5bps over Libor on the $100mn first tranche. The $50mn second tranche is priced at 62.5bps over Libor and has a tenor of five years....
