Shell Signs GTL Development Protocol
Shell International Gas, a unit of the Royal Dutch/Shell Group, announced on 8 November the signature of a development protocol with the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) for a gas-to-liquid (GTL) conversion plant to be built at West Demiatta on the Mediterranean coast.
