Egypts CIB Borrows $150Mn In Syndicated Loans
Egypts Commercial International Bank (CIB) signed a $150mn dual-tranche facility on 6 November in the form of syndicated loans to help finance new projects in the tourism, power, telecom and oil sectors. The loan terms are $100mn over three years at 0.575% over LIBOR and $50mn for five years at 0.625% over LIBOR.
