AFESD Loans Libya $81Mn To Finance Improvements In Industrial and Service Sectors
The Kuwait-based Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD) said on 22 November that it has lent Libya KD25mn ($81mn) to help finance development projects. AFESD said in a statement that the loan, signed in Tripoli, carries a 4.5% annual interest and a tenor of 22 years, including a five-year grace period.
