Saudi Aramco Discovers New Gasfield In Eastern Province
Saudi Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi on 8 December announced that Saudi Aramco had discovered a new non-associated gas and condensate field in the Eastern Province of the kingdom. Drilling of Mazalij-24 began on 1 July and a test was carried out on 27 September.
