EIB Approves 50Mn Loan For Egypts Industrial Development Bank
The European Investment Bank (EIB) on 13 December approved a50mn ($44.12mn) for Egypts Industrial Development Bank (IDBE) to support loans for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). According to an EIB press statement, the loan will allow IDBE to increase its long-term financing, particularly in foreign currencies required for projects for export-orientedSMEs.
