European Commission Approves Kuwait Petroleum/OKP Joint Venture
The European Commission approved on 23 December plans by Kuwait Petroleum Svenska (KPS) and Swedens OK Petroleum to merge their petroleum assets and activities into a joint venture located in Sweden.
