Moodys Downgrades Qatars Foreign Currency Ceiling Outlook From Stable To Negative
US ratings agency Moodys Investors Service altered Qatars foreign currency ceiling rating outlook for bonds, notes and bank deposits of Baa2 on 11 January from stable to negative. According to a Moodys statement, the outlook change resulted from the countrys deteriorating fiscal position due to declining oil prices and the worsening of the countrys foreign currency debt burden....
