Thomson BankWatch Assigns Debt Rating To CBO
US ratings agency Thomson BankWatch (TBW) announced on 7 January that it had assigned the Commercial Bank of Oman (CBO) debt ratings as follows:
Short-term Local Currency Debt Rating Assigned LC-1
Senior Debt Rating Assigned BBB-
The agency said that CBO, which merged in June 1998 with the Bank of Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait, is one of the leading banks in Oman and has reported good earnings for several years. According...
