PepsiCo Buys Major Share In Egyptian Bottling Company
Pepsi-Cola International (PepsiCo) announced on 4 Februarythat it had bought a 77% stake in the Egyptian Bottling Company (EBC). Theacquisition forms part of a $400mn investment plan to strengthen PepsiCosbusiness in Egypt.
