Premier Delays Signature Of Balal Oilfield Development Deal
A last-minute hitch has delayed signature of a buy-back contract to develop the offshore Balal oilfield. The contract was due to be signed between the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) and a partnership comprising Bow Valley Energy of Canada and Britains Premier Oil on 6 March.
