Investcorp And Cinven Acquire Zeneca Specialities In 1.3BnTransaction
Investcorp announced on 12 May that it had jointly arrangedand led a 1.3bn ($2bn) transaction with Cinven to acquire Zeneca Specialities,the chemicals division of AstraZeneca.
