Syria Shelves Plans For Upgrade And Expansion Of Refineries
Plans to upgrade and expand the Banias and Homs refineriesat an estimated cost of some $600mn have been shelved by the Ministry of Oildue to low oil prices, according to Syrian Oil Minister Mahir Jamal.
