Non-OPEC Crude Production Falls By 870,000 B/D In 1H 99 WithUS Registering Largest Drop

Non-OPEC crude oil production fell by approximately 870,000b/d to about 40.9mn b/d in 1H 1999, down from 41.8mn b/d in 1H 1998, with theUnited States accounting for just over 80% of this decline, according to a Reuterssurvey published on 9 July.
