Iraq And Syria Consider Three Pipeline Projects To The Mediterranean
Iraq and Syria have reached a preliminary agreement to build three pipelines to the Mediterranean, Iraqi government spokesman 'Ali al-Dabbagh said in a statement issued on 18 September.
