Islamic Development Bank Lends $105Mn To Iran
The Islamic Development Bank (IDB) has approved a loan of$105mn to Iran as part of funding for a gas project in Kerman and two silos inthe cities of Urumieh and Bijar. An official at IDB said the agreement, whichwas signed between Iranian officials and IDB director Dr. Ahmad Muhammad 'Alion 12 September, would be followed by a number of further loans for projects inIran.
