Algerian 1999 LPG Production Rises To Around 8.5Mn Tons/Year
Algerian liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) production isexpected to total around 8.5mn tons/year in 1999, compared to 7.7mn t/y in1998, MEES learns. The increased production is the result of theaddition of new processing facilities at the LPG Jumbo GP1Z plant at Bethiouaand the coming onstream of new wet gas fields in the southeastern part of thecountry.
