Moodys Confirms Jordans Foreign Currency Ceilings
US ratings agency Moodys Investors Service announced on 1November that it had confirmed its Ba3 country ceiling for long-term foreigncurrency bonds and notes in addition to its B1 country ceiling for foreigncurrency-denominated bank deposits. As a result, the agency explained,"the Ba3 rating of the par, discount and interest arrears("Brady" bonds) issued by Jordan" have also been confirmed.
