PA Signs Exploration Agreement With BG For Offshore Gaza
The Palestine Authority (PA) signed an agreement with BGInternational on 9 November in London for an offshore exploration license. Theagreement, signed by PA Chairman Yasir 'Arafat and the first ever to be awardedby the PA, will be conducted in three phases.
