Moody痴 Confirms Wafabank痴 D+ FSR But Changes Outlook ToNegative
Following a review for downgrade initiated in July 1999,Moody痴 Investors Service on 16 November confirmed the D+ financial strengthrating (FSR) of Wafabank but changed the outlook to negative from stable. Theagency said the Ba2/Not Prime foreign currency deposit ratings were not underreview and remain unchanged.
